what we do

Grand Redwood Properties Limited is a HMO (house in multiple occupancy) developer operating in the Harrow, Hillingdon and Watford areas of the United Kingdom. We acquire U.K. residential properties, typically with developmental potential and in locations suitable to our target tenant type and then engage in the conversion process to deliver the final product. The process is completed by locating young professionals to occupy the redeveloped properties as tenants.

Off of the back of our HMO development work, GRPL also creates investment opportunities for select investors. We create fixed return investment products with above-market returns, the exact percentage being dependent upon the amount being invested and the tenor for which it is invested. Dependent upon the amount invested, these investment opportunities may also be backed by a personal guarantee of the project sponsor. Thus, the fixed return investment opportunities therefore represent our lower risk investment offering. We also offer equity investment opportunities where select investors can become part owners of a particular property development project and take a share of even greater returns of the project but also be exposed to the higher levels of risk associated therewith. Through its experience and expertise, Grand Redwood engages in analysis and preparatory work to minimise the risk but clearly, the multi-dimensional risk associated with property development cannot be totally eliminated.
